Spaghett is chef Sam Hart’s Italian restaurant inside a historic house on West 10th Street in Fourth Ward, the approachable counterpart to his Michelin starred Counter-. Dinner is a four course prix fixe built around locally sourced ingredients, and the old house makes it feel more like eating in someone’s home than in a restaurant.
It delivers a special occasion feeling without the special occasion price. Standouts on a recent menu included strozzapreti with pork shoulder ragu and ricotta gnocchi.
