Terrace Cafe is the two story breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant at Piedmont Row in SouthPark, urban and upscale in feel, with balcony seating overlooking the downstairs dining room and a menu that runs from a red velvet waffle with chicken to cinnamon swirl pancakes, coconut French toast, crab cakes and shrimp and grits.
It is busy on weekend mornings, seats quickly and draws a SouthPark lunch crowd during the week. Sweet dishes are its signature and its reputation, so order at least one for the table. Parking is in the Piedmont Row garage, and the second floor is the quieter seat.
