The Crunkleton is the Elizabeth restaurant and cocktail bar known for one of the deepest beverage programs in Charlotte, an outpost of the Chapel Hill original. The team’s cooking gets less attention than the drinks, but the brunch menu, from biscuits and gravy to a Charlotte Hot Brown with fried chicken, holds its own.
Weekend brunch comes with a nine drink cocktail list and one of the more talked about brunch plates in the city, a tomahawk steak and eggs built to feed four. The same owners run Rosemont Market & Wine Bar and Puerta nearby.
