Treehouse Vineyards

Treehouse Vineyards is a winery on Bay Street in Monroe, in Union County, owned by Phil and Dianne Nordan. Phil Nordan planted the vineyard in 2005, and the winery opened to the public in 2010, Our State reported.

Muscadine wines lead the list, from the sweet Tack Shack Red to the semi-dry Windy Hill, along with Rock Quarry Riesling and Her Way Cabernet Sauvignon. Three treehouses on the property can be rented, two of them for overnight stays, and the calendar includes live music, Latin dance nights and seasonal parties. Axios Charlotte included the winery in a 2023 roundup of vineyards within an hour of Uptown.
