Zamindar’s Clubhouse

Zamindar’s Clubhouse is the modern Indian fine dining restaurant and lounge on New Bern Street in South End. Owner David and chef Vamshi opened it in 2025 with a menu that reworks Indian cooking around oysters, mango lobster and slow cooked lamb. The room is polished, and the owners work the floor themselves with a family feel. It is the Indian restaurant in Charlotte to book for a celebration. The lounge works for a drink before dinner, and the whole room is designed for an evening instead of a quick meal. Service is attentive and the owners check in on tables themselves.
