Eastover
A small, tightly held district east of Myers Park with wide lots, formal architecture and the Mint Museum Randolph at its edge.
Eastover is the neighborhood east of Myers Park along Providence Road, developed from the 1920s with large lots and deep setbacks. The Mint Museum is at its center: the 1837 U.S. branch mint, moved from Uptown and rebuilt on Randolph Road in 1936 as the state’s first art museum.

If you’re moving here
Eastover is Myers Park’s quieter twin: larger lots, fewer through streets, and prices at the very top of the Charlotte market. There’s almost no commercial frontage inside the neighborhood, so you’ll drive to everything. It suits a buyer who wants the biggest lot inside the city, an elementary school in walking distance and neighbors who’ve been there for decades. Providence Road traffic is the only noise.
