Pho Steele Creek opened in the southwest corner of the county on Freeman Park Drive, and it is considerably bigger inside than the exterior suggests. Beef and seafood pho, short ribs and house wings make up the core of it, with prices that are low for the portion sizes. The chili crisp left on the table carries more heat than most people expect, which regulars consider a feature.
