ABsolute Pilates is a classical Pilates studio on Fairview Road in SouthPark, founded in 2001 by owner Monica Hoekstra. The studio teaches in the line of Romana Kryzanowska, as carried on by teacher Janice Dulak.
Sessions are private or shared by two to four clients matched by level, on reformers, tower units, Wunda Chairs and barrels handcrafted by Gratz Pilates. New clients start with three private introductory sessions, and the studio is an affiliate teacher training center for Dark Horse Pilates.
